Shipping Policy

At Watch2Parts, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently from our warehouse in China. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted. We offer free combined shipping on multiple items with no additional charges. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We provide two shipping options: Free Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping ($25, free for orders over US$200). Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated in business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that these are approximate times and may be affected by factors like customs processing or carrier delays.

Carriers for Standard Shipping may include Yun Express, USPS, E-Packet, or Singapore Post. For Expedited Shipping, we use reliable services like FedEx, DHL, EMS, UPS, or Aramex. We'll select the best carrier based on your location, or you can add a note during checkout if you have a preference.

Important Notes

  • Delays and Lost Packages: If Standard Shipping exceeds 30 days or Expedited Shipping exceeds 15 days, please contact us at mail@watch2parts.com (WhatsApp: +1 (626) 206-3112). We'll investigate and, if the package is lost, resend or refund your order.
  • Customs and Import Fees: Some countries may impose import taxes, duties, or fees upon arrival. We declare packages with a reasonable low value to facilitate customs clearance, but we cannot guarantee avoidance of charges. These fees are the buyer's responsibility, and Watch2Parts is not liable for them. We recommend checking with your local customs office for current rates before ordering.
  • Shipping Restrictions: We ship worldwide, but delivery to certain remote areas may take longer. If your country isn't listed, it falls under "Other Countries."
